Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an advertising campaign on maacdatabase, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are effective from January 1, 2026.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the maacdatabase platform. Continued use after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Platform

You may use maacdatabase solely for lawful advertising purposes. You must not run campaigns that promote illegal products, contain malware, use deceptive landing pages, or target minors. Violations result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of remaining balance.

Advertiser Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of your ads, landing pages, and offers. maacdatabase does not pre-approve creatives but reserves the right to reject or remove any campaign that violates these terms or applicable law.

You must ensure all landing pages comply with applicable consumer protection, data privacy, and advertising standards laws in every GEO you target. maacdatabase is not liable for regulatory action taken against advertisers.

Intellectual Property

All platform software, dashboards, bidding algorithms, and reporting tools are the exclusive property of maacdatabase. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for your own advertising campaigns. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the system.

Limitation of Liability

maacdatabase is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from campaign performance, traffic quality disputes, or platform downtime. Our maximum liability in any claim is limited to the amount you spent in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We make no guarantees about specific CPM rates, CPA outcomes, or click volumes. All performance figures on our marketing materials represent historical averages, not guaranteed results.

Third-Party Services

maacdatabase integrates with third-party trackers, payment processors, and ad exchanges. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or errors caused by those third-party services. Review each provider's terms independently.

Security

You are responsible for keeping your maacdatabase login credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Report unauthorized access to our support team immediately — we will investigate within 24 hours.

Your Rights

You may request account deletion and export of your campaign data at any time. Prepaid advertising funds are non-refundable once consumed by live campaigns. Unused balance may be refunded within 30 days of a verified account closure request.

Changes to These Terms

maacdatabase may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Significant changes will be announced via email to registered advertisers at least 7 days before taking effect.
